About the Opportunity

Are you a student who is curious about Artificial Intelligence, software development and emerging technologies?

We are looking for motivated students who are interested in AI-assisted software development, Vibe Coding, digital products and emerging technologies to work on a real-world project for an Australian technology company.

This internship provides practical exposure to how modern software products are understood, planned, developed, tested and improved using AI-assisted development practices.

As a Vibe Coding / AI-Assisted Product Developer Trainee, you will work on clearly defined tasks under the guidance of experienced technical team members. The role goes beyond coding. You will get exposure to product understanding, requirement interpretation, solution planning, AI-assisted development, testing, debugging, user needs and modern software development practices.

The opportunity is particularly suited to students who are adaptable, curious and interested in understanding how technology solves real-world business and customer problems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Vibe Coding / AI-Assisted Product Developer Trainee, you will:

• Learn and understand assigned application features and basic requirements.
• Understand the product, its users and the purpose of its key features.
• Assist in analysing requirements and planning solutions before development.
• Learn to use AI tools efficiently for development and problem-solving.
• Assist in developing and modifying software features using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Learn to use AI tools effectively for coding, debugging and problem-solving.
• Work on clearly defined development tasks assigned by experienced developers.
• Assist in developing and improving web application components and user interfaces.
• Perform basic functional testing and identify/report issues.
• Assist with debugging and troubleshooting under guidance.
• Review AI-generated code and outputs with senior developers before implementation.
• Participate in technical discussions, progress reviews and team meetings.
• Maintain basic documentation of assigned work.
• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve technical skills.
• Assist with functional testing and product validation.
• Support basic market and customer research to understand target users and markets.
• Assist in gathering and documenting customer/user feedback.
• Participate in client/project discussions under supervision, when required.
• Assist with basic product-related or social media content activities when required.

• Preference: Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
• Laptop Requirement: Candidates must have access to a personal laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection for the duration of the internship.

Working hours will be planned in IST, keeping the student's regular academic schedule in consideration.

Training & Supervision

Project-specific training, technical guidance and mentoring will be provided by the project team.

Interns will initially work on small, clearly defined tasks appropriate to their skill level.

Based on their performance, learning ability, adaptability and technical progress, they may gradually take on more complex responsibilities.

Interns will not be expected to independently manage projects, make major architectural decisions or take responsibility for production/client deliverables.
