In the menu, open “My Registrations” for an event, or “My Internships” for an internship.
Find the event or internship and click “LMS”. You can also open the event's page and click “Open LMS”. The LMS button appears once your registration is confirmed; if you see “Pay” instead, pay the participation fee first.
On the LMS page, look at the “Your certificate” card. It lists anything you still need to do before you can download:
Complete the certification tasks (quizzes, assignments and the feedback survey). Some events need a minimum score, shown as the pass mark. An uploaded assignment may need the coordinator's review before it counts.
If the event charges for the certificate, pay the certificate fee with “Buy certificate”.
Wait until downloads open, at the date and time shown.
When nothing is left, click “Download certificate”. The certificate downloads as a PDF file.
Your certificate ID is shown under the button and printed on the certificate. Anyone can check that it is genuine on the Verify Certificate page, or by scanning the QR code on the certificate.
Internship course certificate
Sign in and open “My Internships”.
Once the internship team has marked your course as completed and the download window is open, a “Course certificate” button appears next to the internship.
Click “Course certificate” to download it as a PDF file.
If you cannot download it
“Downloads open on …”: the certificate is not available yet. Come back at that date and time.
“Complete …”: open that task from the LMS page and submit it.
“You need at least …%”: your score across the certification tasks is below the pass mark. Retake a task if it allows another attempt.
“The certificate fee has not been paid”: pay it with “Buy certificate” on the LMS page, or “Certificate” on My Registrations.
“Downloads closed on …”: the download period is over. Contact the event team.
You do not see the event at all: make sure you signed in with the same email address you registered with.
